Issue/Rationale
The question of whether or not the Superintendent’s position should be appointed is on the November ballot. The process and procedures for appointment, should the matter pass, are something which should be addressed ahead of time. The addition of section 1.03(D) 2 creates a procedure which addresses this matter.
Recommended Action
Superintendent recommends disapproval
